Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Tempur Travel Queen Pillow - Fast Efficient service even though it was the last week before christmas.

Tempur Travel Queen Pillow - After ordering online my order was promptly despatched by courier. I asked for the travel pillow to be sent to the Sunningdale Branch of Feather & Black. Although the address was correct, unfortunately the courier treated this as a home address and tried to delivery it at 6:40pm when the shop was closed ! This was eventually sorted out by the Sunningdale store manager. My grateful thanks to him.
(But I'm not impressed with the Courier, who didn't seem to use any common sense !)
