Tempur Traditional Standard Pillow - The service we received in the shop (Harrogate) was excellent (we arrived during a power cut, but the staff found torches and gave us a glass of fizz and we managed to find what we wanted), but delivery was rather slow and uncertain (we were told various dates before the beds actually arrived).

Tempur Traditional Large Pillow - I had to chase the delivery as there was a problem with the first delivery date.

Tempur Traditional Standard Pillow - Delivery was promised at an early date if I paid in full up-front. This delivery schedule was not met and was over a month later than promised. Shop staff were frankly rude when asked to expedite.

Tempur Traditional Standard Pillow - when I ordered, the company said I will be delivered within 2 days, but I had to wait 10 days instead! and when I received it, a few items were missing...so I had to go back to the clearance shop to collect them....

Tempur Traditional Standard Pillow - Very high quality and comfortable pillow. Having tried this now, I don't think I would go back to a standard pillow again.
