Shelley Deluxe 3' - Very good service. Delivery team were excellent - very careful, thoughtful and friendly. All items were checked, brought upstairs, laid out for assembly and packaging taken away.

Shelley Deluxe 6' - Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Professional.

Shelley Deluxe 3' - Very comfortable, well made and good value for money.

Shelley Deluxe 3' - It was for our 4 year old daughter who tells us "it’s very comfy"! It was well wrapped and looks every part a quality mattress.

I'm sorry that your mattress took a little longer than expected to be delivered but am delighted to hear we have a very satisfied young customer.

Shelley Deluxe 3' - May I just say that our dealings with both Julie and Jennifer in Milton Keynes were as straightforward and pleasant as one could have hoped, and they both deserve credit for what I suspect is their inherent good nature and service attitude. Please pass on my compliments to them both.

Shelley Deluxe 3' - The mattress is fine but due to slow delivery and poor customer service I wish I had purchased elsewhere.

I am very concerned to hear of the delays and the lack of communication in relation to the delivery of your order. Once the final balance is paid, this triggers the release of the goods and the delivery company should then contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery time. On this occasion, it would appear that the notification that your balance had been paid was not picked up by our delivery company and this is why they informed you that your order was on hold. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you not only by the delay but also by the fact that you had to constantly chase this delivery yourself, that is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Shelley Deluxe 3' - I have a slatted bed so SD does not really work so now after sprung base but see above. Totally disatisfied. Evie DB is great and mattress is fine but service, failure to get back to me, wrong delivery place are not great so ...
