Please note that we only charge £20 delivery for our single mattresses but doubles or larger are charged at £30.

Staff not particularly helpful.
08 April 2012Tennyson Std Double - The service at the store is excellent. Knowledgeable and very helpful. However the delivery guys ruined it by leaving permanent dirt spots all around the places, from entrance to staircase to bedroom. None of them had asked to inspect if there's any damage to the property after delivery is made and simply told my wife to sign the form. My wife was busy as our baby was sick therefore did not notice any of these. The complaint was made on the same day but after weeks and we were told nothing can be done as my wife had signed the form to confirm everything is ok. The delivery company called on same day to understand what happened but sounded we're trying to blame them on something already exist. We had many deliveries and this is the worst, not the kind would expect from such high price mattress company. Its a shame as we liked the children bedroom so much, but because of this we will never go back to F&B.
I am so sorry to hear that you feel that your property was damaged during the course of the delivery of your mattresses. I can see from the notes on your account that we did raise this with our delivery partners at the time however, based on the damage shown in the photographs they felt that a mattress could not have caused this damage and that they were not responsible. I have escalated this to Director level with them and will be in touch directly once they have completed their investigations.

29 December 2011Tennyson Std Super King - our mattress is the subject of an ongoing customer support issue. the mattress is at least 5cm undersized in both length and width. we have been advised to monitor the issue over a 12 week period. 6 weeks in, while the gap has reduced slightly but we would be very surprised if this reduces further. while the mattress is very comfortable the aesthetic appearance is obviously a massive let down on what is a premium product. we look forward to F&B contacting us in due course to propose an appropriate solution.

It's a shame that I've had to spend 3 nights of the first month with the mattress on the floor due tothe actual bed breaking. But it's a credit to the workmanship of the mattress that I couldn't tell the difference in my sleep!
26 September 2011Tennyson Std Double - Apalling service and customer relations. My bed took almost 3 months to receive from the start of the order to its completion as the wrong size was delivered. The linen I bought was also covered in dirty marks. I shall certainly not be using Feather and Black again.
25 September 2011Tennyson Std Double - The sales team were very good but the delivery service for which there is a charge was dreadful. Delivery was in my area on 2 days only-both of which I work-and no time could be specified. The delivery team were rude, aggressive, made the divan base dirty, put the casters on the bed by picking up the divan base and dropping it. I am waiting for a replacement base to be delivered and have requested that the same 2 men do not come to my house.
