Conrad std 5' - Probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Yes it is expensive but well worth it.

Conrad std 6' - The service in the store and with the delivery company was excellent. I have no complaints.

Conrad std 5' - I was a little nervous the first night because this was an expensive purchase and to begin with the mattress definitely felt firmer than the one I had lain on in the store. But after a few nights I got used to it and now love it - if you lie on your back you almost feel like you're floating. Very comfortable indeed. Only downside is I just don't want to get out of bed in the morning!

Conrad std 6' - Buying experience was excellent. Finding out when the delivery was coming was poor - I was given too much info on where your internal systems and communication dont work - all I wanted to know was when the bed was coming, not if it had been checked into the despatch warehouse and if the system had been updated etc....

Conrad std 5' - The courier service was very bad - slow, lost things, and delivery was slow (about 3 weeks from full payment, and still incomplete till today). cp furniture ordered from Oak furniture, which was delivered within a week. Feather & Black did however offer us nice bedding as compensation - much appreciated, but it shouldn't have been necessary

Conrad std 4' 6" - Bed arrived incorrectly constructed. Delivering company did not unwrap mattress (as they should have), consequently the mattress became grubby as a result of filthy packaging and obviously filthy warehouse.

Conrad std 5' - My mattress is very comfy, but it is a little bit too small for the bed, even though I think it should fit perfectly! but apart from that, it is all lovely.
