Bronte Mattress

Bronte Std Super King - I was very happy with the in-store staff but the delivery was a let down. My front door was damaged and a bedside table and wall in my bedroom was also damaged. I didn't notice most of the damage till the delivery men were gone so felt it was too late to complain.

Bronte Std King - Very good quality but very very heavy to move!!

Bronte Std Double - Originally miss-sold bed; wrong parts were supplied with the first delivery; a temporary bed was provided and subsequently the delivery company tried to deliver two more beds, neither of which was the one I ordered, although F&B customer services had cancelled these deliveries. After a lot of screaming and shouting I finally got the bed I wanted - I love the bed and mattress however the service was awful.

Bronte Std Super King - Good products, variable service.

Bronte Std King - Absolutely faultless service, went the extra mile to make sure that everything went OK. Will use again without hesitation.

Bronte Std Double - The service in store was excellent, but there were problems with the delivery. When talking to the delivery company, I found them rude and inflexible. It should have been made clear when I placed the order, that it could only be delivered on a Thursday.

Bronte Std Super King - Very helpful on the phone. Everything happened when they said it would. Slight mix up about phone numbers around the delivery, but everything happened when it should.

Bronte Std King - Softer than anticipated but getting used to it....

Bronte Std King - Good service but some minor problems due to inadequate wrapping around bed frame during transit.

Bronte Std King - I love F&B but on this occasion your delivery people let you down .... firstly they couldn't find the house then they didn't have the bed then when the came back a week later they had no idea that they were supposed to be assembling the bed! Not good. However, we love the bed now that we have it!

Bronte Std King - Excellent quality - you get what you pay for.

Bronte Std King - Excellent service - and we love the bed! Elegant and very comfortable.

Bronte Std King - Fabulous mattress such good quality,So clever that you can buy in different firmness.

Bronte Std King - Early days, but so far feels very luxurious. Aware that the mattress I tried in the shop was on a sprung slat base which softens it slightly.

I'm so sorry to hear that your mattress is still causing a problem for you. We are confident that within the 12 week settlement period, it will settle satisfactorily for you. Following our previous e-mail correspondence, I did make a note to contact you once you have had your mattress for 10-12 weeks to see how things are going. Bronte Std Single - As a mattress: good- just; but for the drawbacks, which are considerable, see answer to Question 1. If it is marketed as a 'single mattress', it ought to be manageable by a single person - it isn't. It requires 2 people at any stage during use (a fork-lift truck for the home has yet to be invented).

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback. The Bronte mattress that you have purchased is a quality product containing a lot of pocket springs. Whilst these springs make it superbly comfortable, it does inevitably add weight to the mattress. I do apologise that the weight wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase and this is something that I will certainly recommend we advise customers of in future.

Bronte Std Super King - The design is clearly not up to the job. The central support really needs a support. The mattress does not quite fill the space of the bed leaving sight of the base.

Bronte Std King - Tried hard to please us at every stage. Good, friendly approach and prompt delivery on promises.

Bronte Std Double - Seems excellent

Bronte Std Single - Firm and comfortable

Bronte Std Double - The upholstery is excellent but I am disappointed by its size. Now I have to bridge a 2" gap inbetween matress and bedframe all around. Shame that I hadn't been made aware of that when I ordered it in the shop.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We do recommend that for the first 12 weeks your new mattress should be turned over and also rotated from head to foot once a week. This process ensures that the mattress fillings settle to an even level over the entire surface. Our accepted tolerance is 2cm and as the mattress settles it will expand slightly. Bronte Std Super King - Mattress is very comfortable, however on the Henrietta bedstead it is not deep enough for the sides of the bed and you end up sitting on the edge of the bedstead rather than the mattress.

Bronte Std King - Delivered on time as promised and the delivery guys were friendly, fast and efficient at building the bed. Very pleased

Bronte Std King - Lovely, simple to put together. Very sturdy.

Bronte Std:RMA000002513207-REPLACE - extremely comfortable, just hoping it doesn't start to buckle like the last - there are signs that it might.
