Charles 2 Seater Sofa Bed / Straw / Mahogany Feet - I selected 'good' because the sofa itself is quite comfortable, but there are some problems with it: on the back of the sofa, the staples that have been used on the fabric are visible -- the sofa does not sit against a wall, so it is obvious to everyone. There was also wear on one corner of the back -- perhaps from the delivery people -- but nonetheless, for the price we paid, I expected more.

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to resolve the issues with your sofa bed as agreed with you today. We didn't discuss the delays in getting your order delivered to you. However, I have looked into this and it would appear that there was a breakdown in the communication at our end. When you also factor in that deliveries to Scotland do tend to take a little longer, which you should of course have been made aware of at the time of ordering, it all adds up to a rather lengthy wait for which I sincerely apologise.

Charles 2 Seater Sofa Bed / Charcoal / Mahogany Feet - Nice product and a comfy bed, however, the bottom seat cushions seem too small (they have a large gap). I can also see the metal staples below the arm (bottom left hand corner) which does not look good! The staples on the right hand side of the sofa are concealed properly, but not the ones on the left. :-(
