I am so sorry to hear that you aren't entirely happy with the Olivia Mirror. We do offer a 7 day returns policy on our furniture so would have been more than happy to offer a refund had we been aware.

14 April 2012Olivia Triple Mirror - The service in the store was good, however we were told that the furniture was assembled already and they would deliver it to the house to a room of our choice. when the two delivery drivers arrived with the furniture they were not happy to bring the furniture upstairs and in no uncertain terms were they going to put together the unassembled dressing table. When I pushed for them to do it he just kept complaining that Feather and Black were constantly doing this and he spent most days telling customers that it was not his job to put their furniture together!! He said for them to do it we should have paid for in store, but he did then say if we couldn't do it and we were told it was supposed to be assembled he would reluctantly put it together for us. By this time my husband had had enough of him and told him not to bother and he would do it himself! A really unprofessional performance from both Feather and Black and the delivery company, as usual with big companies lack of communication leads to poor customer service.

I am so sorry to hear of the awful delivery experience and I can assure you that this is not the level of service we aim to provide our customers either directly or via our delivery partners. I have asked for an investigation from our delivery company and will be in touch directly as soon as I hear from them.

15 March 2012Olivia Wardrobe (Free assembly included) - Wardrobe arrived with the wrong parts and was later found to have a cracked back wall. When it arrived due to the missing parts it could not be assembled. The product arrived later than I was lead to believe and it took Feather and Black two weeks to arrange a replacement once we discovered that the original was faulty. All in all I was really disappointed with the standard of service I received.

19 February 2012Olivia Bench - I was told that the dressing table would just need the handles screwing in, when in fact the sides with the legs needed to be screwed in and the top of the dressing table dropped in. It took me a little while to work out how to do it as there were no instructions. Apparently, it is an extra cost to have the dressing table assembled for you, which I wasn't advised about. Given the cost of the dressing table I feel this is a bit much.

Not only did it take a long time but there seemed to be very little flexibility from the delivery company regarding dates and it caused me a great deal of stress. I should add, however, that, the Feather & Black staff are excellent.
We have previously requested feedback from you in regards to earlier orders and as a result, have already discussed the issues surrounding the delivery with you. The problems were resolved by our customer service team but, once again, I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
