15 February 2012Avignon Cheval Mirror White - The service and the company were very good, however a lightly damaged bed stead was sent to us. The company has offered compensation which has been accepted together with some paint to patch up the damaged section. However, a quick check on the goods before they were sent out would have ensured that this was not sent out in the first place.

27 November 2011Avignon Dressing Table White - This is a beautiful piece of furniture. Again, my one adverse comment is that the inside of the drawers is bare wood, as opposed to being lined. Having put a delicate silk scarf in one of the drawers, I found that it smelt strongly of wood when I took it out to wear.
27 November 2011Avignon Dressing Table Mirror White - When the delivery team unpacked the original mirror, it was found that the small plastic bag containing the fittings (screws etc) was missing, the mirror glass was scratched and there was damage on the back. When the delivery team unpacked the replacement mirror, the central glass was found to be completely detached from the frame, the fittings at the back (of the central glass) were non-existent and the whole item was generally in a much worse condition than the original mirror. As a result of this, I decided to cancel the order for the mirror (only), and have since purchased a replacement from a large department store in Edinburgh.

I thought I would be able to adjust it myself but as they have used nails not screws I cannot- which is very annoying. I plan to contact the shop and inform them- but I hope this will be sent in the meantime,

Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I can see your experience has left a bitter taste in your mouth and I can understand why. I know there was an error made at the time of order which amounted to your goods being sent to the wrong depot for delivery. We then arranged for a second delivery agent to collect and deliver to you to get the goods to you quickly. With reference to the furniture quality, this was a rarity and our suppliers are constantly penalised for any sub standard quality. I am aware that your order is still being dealt with by our customer service team and can only apologise again. The store involved have been pulled on the error and although it's no compensation to you, we will learn from this.

16 August 2011Avignon Dressing Table Stool White with Blue Stripe Fabric - Service is mixed, generally products v good, however as mentioned we were sent one incorrect pillow case, the mattress was incorrectly labelled and the arms to connect the mirror to the dressing table have the holes in the wrong place.
16 August 2011Avignon Dressing Table Mirror White - Unfortunately the wooden arms parts to fit the mirror to the dressing table have the holes in the wrong place, I have had to use just 1 hole on each one rather than both as the holes are out by about half an inch. I hope you correct this for future people
