Ashby Bedside - Professional company although the office staff at the company you use to deliver goods were not of the same calibre. Goods were delivered at 6pm i.e the very end of the time slot of 4-6pm and then they had to work until gone 7.30pm to get everything in. They had driven down from Leeds so they were working an extremely long day.

Ashby Bedstead King - Bed head has a couple of scratches on it so someone is coming on 2nd April.

With regards to your comments about the Fitzgerald Mattress, I do apologise for the misunderstanding, but we do not offer returns on bespoke items unless of course they are faulty. I understand that you have been back into the showroom and the 12 week 'settlement' period has been discussed with you and I am confident that once your mattress has been in use throughout this period, any issues will resolve themself.

Ashby Bedstead Super King - We were told in the shop that we had a 30 day trial of the mattress and bed and could return minus the delivery charge. We experienced considerable difficulties getting used to the Tempur mattress and rang to discuss cahnging it but were informed we could not

I am so sorry for the confusion over the 30 day trial period. This is something that is offered by Tempur when you buy directly from them. Unfortunately, they do not offer this option via their stockists.

Ashby Tall Chest - I only rated good as the wood is very soft and I have already chipped it, so have to repair it somehow. The quality of the chest os otherwise excellent and it looks great

Ashby Bedside - The cabinets look very good in our guest room. They are a good match with the existing furniture

Ashby Tall Chest - Looks handsome and provides useful storage.
