Sienna Chair - Very helpful. Tottenham court rd store and tel online services both bery good. Delivery is good too.

Sienna Chair - Helpful staff. The lady let me know quickly that there was a problem with one of the items ordered and arranged cancellation and refund as requested. Delivery was much faster than anticipated. Would have liked the delivery men to have been able to help to move an item that was being replaced but company policy did not allow this.

Sienna Chair - Very attractive and excellent frame. Seat filling feels very synthetic, almost foam like. However, pleased with the chair.

Sienna Chair - Long and delayed delivery is the only negative. Everything else was excellent

Sienna Chair - The chair itself is lovely but has faded patches on the seat. Unfortunately my partner had unpacked and got rid of all the packaging so I wasn't able to return the chair. I was disappointed. If I had returned the chair I wouldn't have had the delivery cost refunded despite the chair being faulty.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to discuss this with you. As advised, I have now arranged for a replacement chair to be sent out to you.
