Marblehead 3 Drawer Bedside Oak - Took three replacements until I received a Marblehead 6-drawer unit that was acceptable, and that was only achieved doing a mix and match between two units on the back of the delivery van. Feather & Black were obliging on all occasions, but the quality of the product leaves a lot to be desired.

Marblehead 3 Drawer Bedside Oak - Beyond dreadful. First someone typed up my contact numbers wrong so the delivery company couldn't contact me - F&B promised to rectify it and didn't. The first lot of furniture they delivered was totally split on the back so I sent it back. A second lot was delivered (after more contact number problems which were still not sorted out) on which the drawers were so badly made they would not open, and the delivery men had scratched the top. Ordered yet another replacement which arrived with a split so big you could put your finger in it. I am sending the whole lot back and am awaiting a refund because I am so fed up. Can't understand how such a supposedly reputable company, selling such expensive furniture, can get it so badly wrong.

Our customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so it is very disappointing to learn that we have let you down so badly on this occasion. I can see from the notes on your order that you have this week spoken to our Customer Services Manager who is now personally overseeing the collection and refund on this order for you. Again, please accept my sincere apologies for the service received.

  • Wipe clean using a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasives or cleaning products which may contain ammonia or solvents.
  • Take care when handling or moving the furniture. Careless handling can damage wooden furniture, try to lift rather than drag.
