Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Felicity Pj's Long Sleeve (3-4 yrs) - I placed an order on Dec 20, website said order before 21st for guaranteed Christmas delivery. I queried this with staff twice who assured me I would receive my order before Christmas. When the courier contacted me, the eRluest delivery date I was offered was 28th. By then (23rd), feather&Black were no longer contactable to discuss. So my daughter's Christmas present was late. I was unimpressed with the delivery arrangements and customer service.

I have looked into why your order wasn't despatched in time for pre Christmas delivery as guaranteed on our website. Unfortunately, it looks as though there was a problem on the system which meant that your order wasn't picked up in an automated process that runs overnight to tell us which orders are ready to leave. When you called in the second time, the person that you spoke to has realised this and the system was then manually over-ridden which resulted in your order being despatched on 23rd December. Obviously this was too late for it to reach you in time for Christmas which you certainly should have been advised of rather than being assured that it would still be with you in time.

I am so sorry for the disappointment caused and the poor service received. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and as a token of apology, I will pop a voucher in the post to you with our compliments.
