Oxford Bedside - Poor fitting and manufacture meant item had to be replaced, new item is OK

I am sorry to hear that one of the Oxford Bedsides needed to be replaced. I'm pleased to see that we were able to get a replacement out to you fairly quickly and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Oxford Bedside - Service in the shop was good, and the delivery to London was good. Delivery to Norfolk was terrible. I had 1 call of a delivery date and then when I requested a different date to the one offered it all went downhill. I had to ring the depot to get dates - initially they were very vague, then promised to deliver at a certain time, then after a 2nd call ( I had to call them) given a time I had requested not to have. I only managed to get it altered when I got very angry. They were poorly organised and unhelpful and made me feel they were doing me a favour. I would never use Feather and Black for deliveries to Norfolk.

Oxford Bedside - Draws are a bit stiff to open/close, but otherwise very good.

Oxford Bedside - Alison at the kingston store is simply wonderful. Takes customer service to another level.

Oxford Bedside - Service was good however I still have items outstanding that I have paid for but have heard nothing about. I also missed out on a promotion that no-one told me about. Whilst I purchased just before it started perhaps someone could have mentioned it to me. That would have made it a really good service.
