Charlotte Bedside - I was disappointed that the bed, which I ordered late October/ early November (I can't find the details) was not delivered before Christmas, as I was promised it would be available by then. It did not arrive until January. The telephone customer service personnel were very helpful, and made sure I received a better deal than I had originally received, to compensate, which I appreciated. However, I would have appreciated a letter explaining that the availability of the bed was delayed. I only found out through telephoning about the status of my order.

Wipe clean using a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
Do not use abrasives or cleaning products which may contain ammonia or solvents.
Take care when handling or moving the furniture. Careless handling can damage wooden furniture, try to lift rather than drag.
