Phoebe Std Bedstead 4'6" - The lady in store offered very impressive customer service! We bought a mattress from furniture village also and your service put theirs to shame. Thank you. The guys that delivered the bed were also very helpful and pleasant.

Phoebe Std Bedstead 4'6" - The service we received in the shop (Harrogate) was excellent (we arrived during a power cut, but the staff found torches and gave us a glass of fizz and we managed to find what we wanted), but delivery was rather slow and uncertain (we were told various dates before the beds actually arrived).

Phoebe Bedside - Lovely bedside- the product is small and compact and fits in well with the bed which is quite low in comparison to other beds. A really nice item.

Phoebe Std Bedstead 4'6" - Lovely sturdy bedstead in a gorgeous colour. Delay in delivery. but a wonderful addition to the room.

Please accept my apologies for the far from perfect experience you have had. As you say, there was initially some confusion over when your order would be ready for despatch to our delivery company. To then receive a wardrobe that was faulty which meant a further delay would have just added to your overall disappointment. I would like to send a little something to you as a gesture which I hope will go some way to conveying how sorry we are.

Phoebe Std Bedstead 4'6" - Although the item I ordered was not quite perfect, this company provided a first class, outstanding follow up service that meant that the issue was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I was extremely grateful and impressed with the efficient and friendly service I received.

Phoebe Std Bedstead 4'6" - We would really have appreciated the bed being assembled on site.

Phoebe Bedside - The lady I spoke to was most helpful and made suggestions to help me, rather than just take my order.

Phoebe Bedside - These two will be used as bedside tables, beautifully made with the drawers sliding effortlessly. But rathere low as bedside tables unless you have wall lights. Also although perfect for a small space slightly small as the tray top limits the surface space!

Phoebe Swivel Vanity Unit - Lots of oil on base of product when package was opened and this all needed to be cleaned off before it soiled my carpet. Oil was leaking from
