Our furniture delivery service consists of 2 men delivering to a room of your choice, removing all the packaging and taking it away with them. Charlotte Bedside - I was disappointed that the bed, which I ordered late October/ early November (I can't find the details) was not delivered before Christmas, as I was promised it would be available by then. It did not arrive until January. The telephone customer service personnel were very helpful, and made sure I received a better deal than I had originally received, to compensate, which I appreciated. However, I would have appreciated a letter explaining that the availability of the bed was delayed. I only found out through telephoning about the status of my order.

Charlotte Bedstead - Absolutely delighted with my order. I have been searching high and low for maching bed and bedside table to go with my free standing shelf units with rattan sides in the design of shabby chic. They mix very well together. A perfect match. Would highly recommend.
