Bean Slob Chair Red - I am hoping someone will contact me as having paid over £50.00 at christmas for a games chair it is falling apart despite being hardly used. The fact hat the insides are coming out would pose as a safety risk to a small child. Please e mail me as soon as possible

Bean Slob Chair Royal Blue - The staff in the Harrogate store were very friendly and helpfull, and overall provided a good service.

Bean Slob Chair Yellow - Wrong item was delivered and I had to go back to shop to exchange, causing inconvenience.

I'm so sorry to hear that the wrong item was sent to you initially. I understand from the showroom that they did offer to send the correct item to you via courier however you preferred to come into the showroom to do the exchange. I do appreciate that this was an inconvenience for which I would like to sincerely apologise.

Bean Slob Chair Royal Blue - I tried to phone the bristol store to see if they had one available but they never answered the phone so i placed order online and payment was taken 2 days later. I then heard nothing more. I chased the order 3 weeks later to be told that it was out of stock and more were coming in, I think I should have been informed of the delay. Once I got through and spoke to someone, she was excellent. Other orders from this.company have been delivered quickly and efficiently so I was surprised at the lack of service on this occasion.

Thank you for your lovely feedback which I have passed on to the Kingston showroom. I have looked at the tracking for your delivery and can see that your parcel was "left over back gate". This is obviously not the service we expect our delivery partners to provide, all deliveries should be signed for, and I will take this up with them.
