Dog Skip Hop Bag - This item was issued as compensation on failed order. I had to chase the order and whilst the matter was then dealt with I did feel let down on the order process and had to disappoint my daughter on her birthday as her chair didn't arrive in time, despite being told it was in stock a month before.

We would never intentionally misinform a customer and at the time that your order was placed we genuinely believed that the stock would arrive from the supplier in time to fulfill your order. The delay was completely out of our control. Please accept our apologies once again for the delay and the disappointment caused.
