Salisbury Std Panelled 5' - Professional company although the office staff at the company you use to deliver goods were not of the same calibre. Goods were delivered at 6pm i.e the very end of the time slot of 4-6pm and then they had to work until gone 7.30pm to get everything in. They had driven down from Leeds so they were working an extremely long day.

Salisbury Std Panelled 3' - Still do not appear to have free duvet, etc. That should have come with beds.

Salisbury Std Panelled 3' - Had new slats sent out as my son went through the bed with the initial ones. The new ones are fine

I am truly sorry to hear of the numerous problems you had with regards to your recent orders and I completely understand your frustration with the whole situation. I have passed your feedback to the product team to take up with the manufacturer as this amount of damage is simply not acceptable. Salisbury Std Panelled 5' - Took too long to receive the delivery. When it finally arrived the mattress was soft and saggy. It then took forever to get a replacement - 4 weeks - from the complaint and my endless chasing to find out when it was being delivered.

I am so sorry to hear that there was a problem with your Shelley Mattress. As soon as we were made aware of the problem, a replacement was ordered the same day but looking at the notes on your account, I can see that you did have to contact us as the delivery company didn't contact you to book the delivery. I understand that the original mattress was causing some discomfort as it was too soft and I'm pleased to see that the replacement is satisfactory.
