I have read through the notes against your order and can see that there was indeed a lack of communication and also a lot of confusion with regards to the delivery arrangements for your order. I believe that you were initially informed that the mattress was delayed however, it then turned out that the delivery company did have your complete order and had in fact had it for quite some time. You were then caused further inconvenience by only being offered dates that you could not accomodate. I am truly sorry for the poor service you have received and hope that you manage to select some nice new bedding with the voucher that we sent.

Ceylon Bedstead SuperKing - Delivery was within the stated time and the communication about the specific date and time was timely and accurate. The delivery itself was wtihin the expected time slot and the men were helpful and very polite. A great service all round!

Ceylon Bedstead SuperKing - The central support broke after 2 nights. We believe that the stress on it due to the size of the bed is a design flaw. Our replacement took almost four weeks and when it arrived was not fitting the space- too short and also not stained the same colour. We are extremely unhappy with this.

When you contacted us to report the broken centre rail, you were advised that if we were to send you a replacement centre rail and slats, they would be slightly different as they were being made by a UK manufacturer. We also offered you the option to have the whole bed replaced if you preferred. I understand that you have already been in contact with our Customer Services team who will do everything possible to ensure that your issue is resolved satisfactorily.
