Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

Amberley Bedstead King - Could be helpful if delivery people unwrapped the bed and took away the paper and wrappings. We know it was self assembly but getting rid of the wrspping was difficult

Amberley Bedstead King - Personally, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service which I received from Feather & Black. Having been told that my bed/mattress which had cost over £2000 would be ready for delivery within 2-3 weeks, noone from F&B contacted me to provide a delivery date until I chased and ultimately had to speak to their contracted delivery company. The goods were then not delivered on the arranged date and again F&B took no responsibility for this and told me that I had to speak myself to their delivery company which I don't find to be acceptable customer service, particularly when the second delivery also didn't arrive at the pre-arranged time which was now over 3 months after the original order date. I am also still waiting for a response to my written complaint to the company which was sent by email approximately a month ago. Do not buy a bed from this company. They do not care about their customers other than getting their money!!

I am so sorry to hear of the apparent lack of communication in respect of your order. I am currently in touch with our delivery partners in order to establish what happened with regards to the failed deliveries and will be in touch with you directly.

Amberley Bedstead King - Got great service: asked for early delivery for visitors arriving and delivery arrived!!

Wipe clean using a soft damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
Do not use abrasives or cleaning products which may contain ammonia or solvents.
Take care when handling or moving the furniture. Careless handling can damage wooden furniture, try to lift rather than drag.
