Marblehead 5ft Storage bed - No explanation came with the mattress to explain why the mattress is smaller than the base. I assume the mattress will settle in?

Marblehead 5ft Storage bed - The bed was very quick and easy to assemble

Marblehead 5ft Storage bed - we went to the shop in Fulham they had appalling service,the manager didn't want to serve us as he was too busy making himself a cup of tea, the junior member of staff who was sent to help us had inadequate training. At first we thought we wanted fitted wardrobes but he didn't know about the product so couldn't answer any of our questions and had no sales material to help him. We then decided to ring the order in as I love the product, but didn't realise it just got routed to anouther store. It took me an hour to spell every single item I wanted and delivery detail to the shop assistant on the phone (I don't have a thick accent). Whereby she got the amount of money wrong three times, so I constantly had to re ring and ask for another statement.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to discuss your feedback with you today. Although this is obviously not the kind of feedback we like to see it is important that we know of any potential training issues. When the order was eventually put through over the phone, there was some confusion over the correct prices which as discussed appear to have been down to showroom specific promotions. Your feedback will of course be passed to the relevant people and again, please accept my sincere apologies for the less than perfect level of service experienced.

Marblehead 6ft Storage bed - Our experience was a positive one. Your sales staff were helpful and courteous, the delivery arrangements prompt and efficient.
I only have one minor grumble; the deliverymen who built the bed, took the build instructions and the tools with them.

Marblehead 4ft6 Storage bed - The non-visible parts of the bed were not oak as the rest of the bed is. The 34 slats the matrass rests on seem a bit weak as they seem to be made of fairly cheap wood.

I am so sorry to hear that the delivery crew caused damaged to the staircase in your new home. We were not aware of this at all until we received your feedback today. I have e-mailed the delivery company for their comments and will call you as soon as I hear back from them.

I do understand your comments regarding the cost of delivery. A lot of our competitors build this into the cost of the product but we prefer to show this as a separate charge so that our customers know exactly what they are being charged for. We do our very best to keep these charges as low as possible for our customers and indeed, the cost is heavily subsidised by Feather & Black.

I am so sorry that the delivery crew didn't make us aware of the missing slats. I have forwarded your feedback to them and in the meantime will arrange for some replacement slats to be sent to you.

Marblehead 5ft Storage bed - Staff in shop very good, helpful and friendly.
Waited rather a long time for delivery and some bed linen also on order we were told would come even later even when it was in the shop as we later found out!

Marblehead 5ft Storage bed - The store were helpful and the 2 guys who delivered the bed were on time and efficient.

Marblehead 4ft6 Storage bed - The product is excellent and delivered by courteous, helpful staff. Feather and Black staff responded admirably to my concerns regards ill-fitting draws, which were replaced with little fuss and efficient response. We consider that the bed is well constructed and presents as a solid piece of furniture.

Marblehead 5ft Storage bed - Love our bed - once the incomplete panels were delivered 2 weeks late - shame F & B could not check their boxes in stock before they deliver - a lot of disatisfaction could have been avoided and would not have had to wait 3 weeks to have an complete bed! No satisfactory answer given on why this happened in the first place - no apology and we paid £40 for delivery of an incomplete bed. Very bad customer service spoils the product!

Marblehead 6ft Storage bed - Installation was rapid. However, the installers informed us that two of the centre clips for the slats were missing from the kit. They said they would inform Feather & Black so that two clips could be sent to us for us to fit. We have heard nothing.

I do apologise for the delay in getting the centre clips out to you. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the issue by the delivery company so the first we knew of the problem was when you called in a couple of days ago. I can see from the notes against your order that our customer service team have now posted these to you and you should receive them in the next day or so.

Marblehead 5ft Storage bed - Delivery team were excellent despite having to deliver to an ongoing building site in the rain they were cheerful, polite and very careful to ensure all the furniture was kept dry/ clean/undamaged.Assembled everything beautifully and tidied up as they went. Can't praise them highly enough and was glad I took the advise of the lovely lady in the shop to have it assembled on delivery.

Marblehead 6ft Storage bed - We found the staff very pleasant but not as knowledgeable and therefore not as helpful as we has hoped for the selection of our mattress.
