Sebastian Std 6ft - despite the mattress being poor quality, the customer service people at F & B did all they could to rectify the situation. However even though we were inconvenienced we did not receive any compensation for the time it took to sort out the problem. In the event we bought a new mattress for another company.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you had with your Owen mattress. It is very unusual for there to be any issues with the zip and link feature and as you know we were happy to replace the mattress as soon as we were aware of the problem. Due to the nature of the issue we also agreed to upgrade the mattress at no extra cost. We understand that you chose to return the mattress and purchase one elsewhere which we were sorry to hear. We did however wait to collect the mattress until your new one was being delivered so as not to inconvenience you further. I think this was an exceptional case and can completely understand your frustration, however we did make every effort to rectify the situation and am sorry that we could not satisfy your order on this occasion.
