Staff not particularly helpful.

Your order was placed between the Christmas and New Year breaks when our mattress supplier was closed for the holidays which did make the delivery time slightly longer than we would normally anticipate. I'm so sorry for the added inconvenience caused at a time when you were busy with your house move.

Rossetti Std Single Matt Warm White Brass/white finials - The sales manager was excellent. The delivery of the warddrobe and beds was a little chaotic and disorganised. Our newly painted walls and brand new flooring were damaged along with the new wardrobe ordered from you.

I am so sorry to hear that your property was damaged by the delivery crew. I have contacted the delivery company regarding this and will call you to discuss further as soon as I have an update from them.

Rossetti Std King Matt Warm White Brass/white finials - The wooden slats don't appear to be very good quality - quite rough and 2 have minor cracks.

Rossetti Std Single Matt Warm White Brass/white finials - The service was very good, with items delivered as requested.

Rossetti Std Double Matt Warm White Brass/white finials - We phoned the company at least a dozen times as it took over 2 months to receive the bed. Initially when I phoned I was told the product was in stock and I would have it within 2 weeks. I was not happy with the way my order was handled at any stage. I was frequently told I would be phoned back and I was not. I would not have the confidence to order from the company again or recommend to any friends. Since the bed was ordered for my daughter who has a medical problem with her back it was even more frustrating as she was in pain longer than expected.

I was sorry to read about your experience purchasing a bed for your daughter, and have had a look at the notes on our system to understand what happened.

I am sorry if you were led to believe that your bed was in stock when you placed your order – it is unusual that we only took a deposit from you at this stage because had the bed been in stock you would have paid in full at the time. Apologies if we didn’t make this clearer at the time. Our system aims to give as accurate an estimated date regarding when stock will come in, but on occasion there are delays beyond our control – we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and are working on ways to improve the accuracy of information. Unfortunately when the bed arrived with us and we called to take your payment balance you were on holiday, and as such we were unable to despatch the order to the home delivery depot until all goods are fully paid. I do appreciate that this further impacted how long you had to wait until you received your order.

I must apologise that you were not phoned back when you said you were and you had to chase us for information. I’m sorry that you didn’t receive the level of service you should have and we will look to address this issue.

Rossetti Std Double Matt Warm White Brass/white finials - Very nice, would have liked a whiter colour, it is very creamy and these days the modern vitage colour seems to be an off white so we will probably have to paint the bed! However, it was the best bed we could find which we could actually see as I couldn't buy somehting like that from a website.
