Riley Bedstead Double Warm White - Very good value for money, smart looking and easy to put together but slats are quite thin and too widely spaced for good mattress support. I have had to improvise with a layer of cardboard temporarily to accommodate the mattress, which is not what I would have expected to have to do.

Riley Bedstead Double Warm White - Communication about delivery wasn't that great. No delivery estimate given in order confirmation and I heard nothing for a week so I had to ask them. They said about 2 weeks but that the warehouse would call to set the delivery date. I then had a call around 1 week later from the delivery van men, not to set the delivery date as I expected, but saying they were 2 minutes away from my house and had the bed with them!!! Luckily, I had just arrived home so I was able to be there to receive the bed, but it was quite a surprise as I hadn't even got rid of the old bed by then! My daughter is very pleased with her new bed and it was easy to assemble.

Riley Bedstead King Warm White - My only criticism is that the Feather & Black website does not present you with adding the 'bed assembly' option to an order.

Riley Bedstead Double Warm White - Overall very good service. Took a little longer than I was told for the bed to be delivered. But mostly very happy with Feather and Black as I did change my order to add a bed frame to a matress I had already ordered and still was given the deal that was on offer at the time. Customer services arranged to hold the matress until the bed frame was ready to deliver.

Riley Bedstead King Warm White - Delivery of bed and mattress by your courier was very frustrating and several appointments were missed. No flexibility in delivery times was offered and a take it or leave it attitude was my impression.

I was very concerned to hear that several appointments were missed as this is something that simply wouldn't happen other than in the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident. I have spoken to our delivery company about your order and they have confirmed that you were offered four dates and you were to call back and confirm which one you wanted to go for. Once this date was confirmed, the delivery did take place on that day. I am so sorry that you feel let down by the delivery service provided.

Riley Bedstead Double Warm White - Good quality bed, easy to put together and looks lovely

Riley Bedstead King Warm White - We chose this type bed as we live in a cottage and getting furniture upstairs can be difficult. The construction had easy to follow instructions it took two of us approx one hour to complete.

Riley Bedstead Double Warm White - Was straightforward to assemble and everything required was supplied, i.e.no parts or nuts & bolts missing.
Bed looks great.

Riley Bedstead King Warm White - Lovely, elegant bed - would work well in traditional or contemporary interior. I have mixed it with contemporary oak bedside tables and chest and it looks great. I bought it for a guest room and it came as a special deal (very good value) with the Lewis mattress - which is quite firm, but I'm told very comfortable.
