Our delivery service includes a two man delivery to a room of your choice. This item comes with a full set of simple instructions for assembly. Alternatively we will assemble your furniture and take away all the packaging for an additional £25. Please choose the assembly option in the shopping basket to take advantage of this service.

12 April 2012Highgrove Low End Double Black - This is the 2nd Highgrove low end double bed we have purchased. This one was purchased on behalf of our daughter and her partner after they had stayed with us for a few days and couldn't believe how comfortable it was. The structure of the bed was really sturdy and the bowed lats used in its construction made for a really comfortable night's sleep. We would recommend Feather & Black to anyone. Many Thanks.

18 February 2012Highgrove Std Double Warm White - Unfortunately several of the plastic joints for the wooden slats split when we put together the bed. We requested replacements which arrived promptly but they supplied the wrong joints. I am about to contact them again to request the correct joints. This bed was a replacement for a similar bed bought recently from a competitor and is of superior quality (other than the plastic parts).
15 February 2012Highgrove Low End King Warm White - Ordered for a holiday house. Order came in 2 deliveries instead of 1. I wasn't aware of this before i had accepted 1st delivery so had to travel back down to the house for next delivery which was very annoying. 2nd delivery was 40 minutes late of time slot even though i had specified on numerous occasions i had to leave at set time. men that put the beds up didn't tell me there were 2 height slots...they just put up on highest...i wanted lowest so had to spend hours remaking them. F and B ok...but delivery very disappointing.
Thank you for your feedback and our most sincere apologies for this inconvenience. I have read the notes on your account and can see a mattress was moved to a different order due to a delay in stock, in an effort so as not to hold up the other items on your order. In these circumstances, this information should certainly be passed onto you and I apologise for this oversight. The delivery company are expected to contact our customers at least 1 hour prior to their delivery slot and if they are delayed for any reason we would expect them to notify you of this. We would like to offer you a refund on your delivery and assembly charges and a member of customer services will be in touch with you shortly to process this for you. Please do accept our apologies again and we hope you continue to enjoy your purchase.

14 February 2012Highgrove Std King Black - We had a drama I am afraid - after originally buying the bed from the clearance store in Hammersmith, the one delivered was so badly damaged we had to return. We had paid for delivery. We were then stuck with the mattress which we had also bought (which was fine) in our hallyway for a month whilst we re-ordered, re paid for delivery and waited for the sale item to arrive. Whe the bed did eventually arrive though, the men who put it up and delivered were great.

We understand that when selling items through our clearance showroom that they may display signs of wear and tear being quality returns or discontinued products but appreciate how disppointing it must have been to have received it in that condition. 02 February 2012Highgrove Std King Black - This is not a complaint about the product but the delivery. Was disappointed that delivery firm could only give me a day for delivery and not a time (not even morning or afternoon). On the day of delivery I got bored of waiting ended up having to phone F&B - told to phone the delivery company. They said I'd be contacted an hour before delivery, lucky I didn't go out because they phoned 10 minutes before they arrived.
I am so sorry to hear that the service provided by our delivery partner was not satisfactory. The usual timeslot advised when booking delivery is 8am-2pm but unfortunately they cannot be more accurate at this time as the actual routes are not finalised until the day before delivery takes place. Whilst the crew will contact the customer approximately an hour before arrival, this is only a guide as there are so many external factors to consider such as delays at previous drops, traffic etc. I have discussed your delivery with the carrier and they have apologised for the short notice given on this occasion. I would also like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

16 January 2012Highgrove Low End King Warm White - Helpful when I called but your system, having ordered, was confusing. When to pay, when delivery was to take place, how long would the whole thing take. I was confused.

Slight negative that no direct communication about original delivery (we heard nothing from F&B and the first I knew was the courier company contacting me; and they sounded like they'd had no notice about the deliver either).
