Henley Std 5' Nickel - Everything arrived on time and was made up and left in position - 2 kingsize beds and a bunk bed. The beds are comfortable and attractive and we are very pleased with all the items bought. Would buy again!

Henley Std 6' Nickel - I made clear that I needed delivery prior to an operation - had I not pursued this, I would not have received my new bed in time. My local shop was unhelpful and had no interest once I had placed my order. Your customer services representative was excellent and saved the day. My full order has still not been delivered.

I am truly sorry that you were so badly let down initially but am glad that we did manage to eventually get your new bed and mattress delivered before your operation. The mattress topper will be with the delivery company very soon so do expect a call from them to arrange the delivery. If there is anything else I can help with please, do let me know.

Henley Std 6' Nickel - The bed looks fantastic but this is our second bed from the company, the first from The Iron Bed Company. The slats were easier to put together on this one but they do move about a lot more and tend to squeak a bit. It doesn't feel as solid as the other bed, due to the slats, not the frame. Perhaps going back to the old way of placing the slats on the frame would be better, it certainly provided a better night's sleep.

Henley Std 5' Nickel - Love the product, it was just a nightmare getting it.

I am so sorry to hear that the excellent service provided in the showroom was spoiled by the delivery experience. It would appear that there was certainly some conflicting information given which caused confusion over when your delivery was actually taking place. I'm delighted to hear that you are so happy with your new bed and mattress and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Henley Std 6' Nickel - The Henley Nickel Super King Bedstead is gorgeous. It looks fabulous in our room. We had a problem with the first bed but as soon as we contacted Feather and Black a replacement was not only sent out very quickly but they arranged for the faulty one to be disassembled and the new one assembled. The replacement is super, we must have just been unlucky with the first one. Very good quality and sturdy (no matter how many times we have told our 5 year old boy that it is not a trampoline he still feels the need to try bouncing on it again).

Henley Std 4'6" Nickel - We love the height of this bed, it is a proper grown ups bed!

Henley Std 6' Nickel - The bed is big and beautiful. We bought this super king bed to go in front of a window due to the layout of our room, to allow the light through the headboard. The metal picks up the light, and sparkles, and combines a contemporary, yet traditional feel that is not too feminine because of the colour. It is a fabulous bed, but we bought a mattress elsewhere as they were so expensive in F&B. The bed takes our very deep super luxury mattress really well, as we do not like beds that are very low on the ground.

Henley Std 4'6" Nickel - Looks really great & daughter tells me comfortable, although concerned that top bar on foot end would bend if anyone applied weight/sat on it. I could be wrong, but will be careful in case....

Your replacement headboard is now with our delivery company and I have today asked them to contact you to book the delivery as soon as possible. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Henley Std 6' Nickel - Good but assembly should have been included.

Henley Std 5' Nickel - Good service and great product.
However the salesman said it took 20 mins to put bed together - rather an exaggeration! Took a few hours - but it can be done by 2 people. I would advise paying the extra to get it assembled by the delivery men.

Henley Std 5' Nickel - Love it thank you. There was 1 x screw missing from the bottom one of the vertical poles on head end of bed. I callled to ask if one could be sent in the post and I was told a whole new bed head would have to be ordered and someone would come out and replace the whole bed head! This seems like a lot of wasted time and money for your company for the sake of 1 x small screw!

Henley Std 6' Nickel - The service was very good, with items delivered as requested.

Henley Std 4'6" Nickel - This looks really lovely in our attic bedrodom, does not overpower the space and adds a touch of luxury.

Henley Std 5' Nickel - Good service in the shop but delivery time was slow and despite paying in full as we were advised the items were in the warehouse awaiting delivery, we have had to wait a further 3 weeks.

Henley Std 5' Nickel - Bed was broken when delivered but replacement sent very next day and guys came to fix. Annoying that the original wasn't correctly quality checked before it left your warehouse, but well recovered !

Henley Std 6' Nickel - Arrived but we have wrapped it up for safe keeping until curtains and furniture have been dilvered

Henley Std 4'6" Nickel - really comfortable ,looks good too

Sorry to hear that your bed wasn't taken upstairs. part of our service offer is to deliver to a room of your choice and take away the packaging. We are taking this up with our delivery agent and again so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
