I am so sorry to hear that your guests had no beds to sleep in because of the late delivery of your order. Unfortunately we had some unexpected delays from our supplier which meant that your goods took much longer than anticipated to be delivered.

With regards to the Noah items smelling, we did have a couple of instances of this occuring when the product has been wrapped / packaged too soon after the painting process, therefore not allowing the paint time to dry completely. A member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch later today to discuss how we can resolve this for you.

Evie Day bed Warm White - Only thing is when using this as a double it is great size BUT they should do a fitted sheet/topper to fit the 2 single mattresses as when 2 people sleep on them they can come apart or have to sleep on the crack - no one likes sleeping on a crack! A specialised topper to fit the day bed/guest bed would be great.

The bed is well put together and is of a high standard, much better than the cheaper one we have in our Spare Room - well worth paying the extra for.

Evie Day bed Warm White - Only slight quibble would be the small decorative connector that joins (in the middle) the curved and straight decorative bars that run along the length of the bed doesn't sit very cleanly on the metal and looks a bit cheap and wobbly which is a shame as the rest of the bed frame looks really smart. We did think that the way the slats are connected to the frame worked really well and were very easy to assemble.

I do apologise that it took a little longer than expected to get your order to you. The beautiful Evie Day Bed proved to be so popular that our suppliers struggled to keep up with the high demand. I'm really pleased that you are happy with the bed and hope it was worth the wait.

Evie Day bed Warm White - The bed is in fact very good in the main although it came with an ill fitting screw to the back rest. Advised F&B of this and customer services contacted us to say that they could not send a replacement screw and would have to replace the bed in its entirety which is ridiculous when there is one tiny fault that only spoils the cosmestic appearance of the bed but not its functionality.

I'm sorry you felt let down by the service you received. I can see that due to circumstances out of our control, there was a delay on the item you ordered. We sent a letter to you to explain and are working on a better way of doing this through email going forward. Evie Day bed Warm White - Bed frame badly distorted - quality control should have picked this up and prevented despatch. Also there is paint damage on other end of frame.
No quibble about replacement but still waiting!

Evie Day bed Warm White - Looks lovely but slats seem a bit flimsy and were completely bowed - not sure if they were supposed to be and whether they'll hold up when in use.

Many thanks for you feedback. We will have a look at why the delivery process slowed down after you had been notified that it was ready. With reference to the slats, they are sprung which is why they seem bowed. This helps to offer additional support and should prolong the beds life.
