Tempur Deluxe Standard Pillow - F&B Edinburgh (Morningside) has to be one of THE BEST customer service experiences we have had. The whole process from selecting, buying, regular updates on the progress of our order was flawless. Even the proactive nature of the team when there was a late glitch in the order, fixing it ahead of calling us is nothing short of exemplary and how all customer experiences in todays fast moving world should be.

The Edinburgh team could teach many others a thing or two about what great customer service is ! we certainly found it to be great ! Please do keep up the great service, we will be back for sure.

Tempur Deluxe Standard Pillow - Delivery was within the stated time and the communication about the specific date and time was timely and accurate. The delivery itself was wtihin the expected time slot and the men were helpful and very polite. A great service all round!
