Anti Allergy Hollow Fibre Super King Pillow - I was looking for a medium-firm super king size pillows, but unfortunately these are too soft and already too lumpy and shapeless after being used for only one month

I am so sorry to hear that there is a problem with your pillows. Obviously, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase so I have asked a member of our customer service team to give you a call to arrange replacements for you.

Anti Allergy Hollow Fibre Super King Pillow - You sent us one incorrect pillow case, so disapointly we will have to drive to Chichester (c30 mins) to arrange to swap it

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you had with your order. We hadn't heard anything from you regarding the issues so I know that our Customer Service team have now been in contact to resolve this. Our mattress supplier will be out to inspect the mattress and we are organising a replacement pillow case for you also and new arms for your mirror. It is not normal practise for there to be issues with each item delivered and I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Anti Allergy Hollow Fibre Super King Pillow - We bought over £3,000 of bed, matress, pillows, duvets and linen from F&B. When the bed arrived 10 weeks after ordering, we discovered the matress was far too soft. We had tried a similar matress in store but as it was too soft the assistant said we should go for a matress one number firmer. we agreed not having tested it but the matress arrived and was still far too soft and caused both my wife and i backache. we complained and asked to swap for a firmer one but F&B denied our claim and said we had to live with it. The mattress is now in our loft (all £1,000 worth) and we've had to buy a cheap but slightly firmer double mattress that doesnt fit the bed itself!! F&B accepted no responsibility for their in store advice which caused us to buy the mattress but instead tried to suggest the mattress might be faulty - the manufacturer tested it and said it was meant to be that soft!! I had enjoyed the sales experience of F&B up to this and enjoyed the other products but feel completely let down and disappointed. I will never buy or recommend Feather and Black again!
