Matt. Protector Single Waterproof Terry - Excellent except for delivery. I do not check my emails every day, so did not receive notification of impending delivery - I just assumed it would happen, like most other companies do. The item was not left (again, other delivery companies leave stuff in our shed or on the door step), and no card was left either, so I didn't know you'd tried until I checked my email some days later. Very frustrating. Re-delivery was fine, though, although I wasn't confident he would've left the parcel if I hadn't been there.
