Luxury Waterproof Protect. Single - F&B service on the phone was good. Dealing with the delivery company was OK. The delivery driver did impress on me to sign the form saying nothing had been damaged, quite earnestly, even when there were a few dents in the cardboard which could have damaged the goods. They did not. None the less they are under instructions to deliver undamaged goods and the pushiness is not pleasant. Previously F&B put the beds up for free, no longer!
