Cotton Quilted Mattress Protector Double - It is a very tight fit on the mattress, could have done with a good 1cm all round extra on the top quilted area as, apart from that very comfortable & has washed well,at least I didn't measure before I washed the first time which was pre-use,so I don't know if there was any shrinkage on recommended temperature, but apart from that pleased with it.

But mostly very happy with Feather and Black as I did change my order to add a bed frame to a matress I had already ordered and still was given the deal that was on offer at the time. Customer services arranged to hold the matress until the bed frame was ready to deliver.

Cotton Quilted Mattress Protector King - Was expecting the bed to be assembled when delivered, i ordered the bed over the phone direct with feather and black.Obviously, i hadn't been made awhere of the fact that you have to pay extra for this service,after spending the best part of £2500 i just assumed this was all included.The delivery men just left me with a bed still boxed up, didn't want to even unwrap it and then left!
After a few phone calls to feather and black,and a very helpful member of staff at the T wells branch,I resolved the problem to my satisfaction.

Cotton Quilted Mattress Protector King - The service in the shop has always been good but I have marked service as 'poor' because I have had so many issues with delivery recently.

I am so sorry to hear of the issues surrounding the delivery of your order. As soon as the showroom were aware of a delay on one of the items that you had order, they reacted very quickly to ensure that the products that were available for delivery were not held up. This is exactly what we would expect to happen. Unfortunately, I can see from the notes that there were then further problems with a faultly item and you also had difficulty arranging your delivery with our carriers. The problems were sorted by our customer service team but I would like to apologise that things got to this stage in the first place and for the inconvenience caused to you.

Finding out when the delivery was coming was poor - I was given too much info on where your internal systems and communication dont work - all I wanted to know was when the bed was coming, not if it had been checked into the despatch warehouse and if the system had been updated etc....

So terribly sorry about this mix up with your mattress protector. It has come to our attention very recently that the supplier specification has been changed and not correctly communicated to the web team. As a result, we have changed this on the site this week. Cotton Quilted Mattress Protector King - However they really do need to improve their quality control. We had too many damaged products to count replaced - without this we woudl be much better disposed towards the company. However they were very good about ensuring replacments were sent.

Cotton Quilted Mattress Protector King - It doesn't fit over the top of a mattress and memory foam pad supplied by feather and black - very irritating!

Thanks for giving us your feedback, it is very important for us to understand where we could potentially be going wrong. We normally expect a mattress protector to be used with just a mattress and not a topper as well. However we are going to look at adding drop depths to the descriptions of our protectors and sheets so you can check in advance that it will indeed fit. I'm sorry that we couldn't accommodate your request on this occasion and again thanks for the comment. We can certainly learn from this.
