Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Anti Allergy Mattress Protector Double - Apalling service and customer relations. My bed took almost 3 months to receive from the start of the order to its completion as the wrong size was delivered. The linen I bought was also covered in dirty marks. I shall certainly not be using Feather and Black again.

Anti Allergy Mattress Protector Superking - as we cant use the mattress we could only then afford a cheap double mattress which doesn't fit the bed and makes the super king sheet we bought redundant!!
