Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Duvet Classic Hollowfibre 10.5tog Single - Service from the shop was first class. But service let down be delivery company- bunkbeds put up fine but room left a mess - not all packaging uplifted. When they attended for a second time to deliver a mattress - far too quick to get in and out - did not look where they were going and ended up damaging two pictures on my wall by knocking into them..

Duvet Classic Hollowfibre 10.5tog Single - On the whole v good. Computer system v slow and there was a mix up over my order but they were helpful and tried to rectify it.

Duvet Classic Hollowfibre 10.5tog King - Ordered because didn't have product I wanted in store. Hadn't particularly intended to buy new duvet but sales assistant in Liverpool store at the Home Quarter was so helpful I decided to go ahead, delivery was amazingly fast, very well packed and best of all-free! Would definitely recommend to friends/family.
