My local shop was unhelpful and had no interest once I had placed my order. Your customer services representative was excellent and saved the day. My full order has still not been delivered.

Duvet Superking Washable 4.5tog - Usually I would put Excellent - we have bought lots of things from F&B. Just this time on a very large order 3 things were damaged and had to be replaced - all items for the same room.

Duvet Double Washable 10.5tg - Had to return it for another one - it was shedding bits all over the room - not ideal in an anti allergy situation. However it was replaced and the current one is good.

Duvet Single Washable 4.5tog - Very happy with the service, from initial conversation in the shop with two very helpful assistants, through to the great communication from the delivery company. Really pleased and happy to recommend to others, already have!

Duvet Double Washable 10.5tg - Apalling service and customer relations. My bed took almost 3 months to receive from the start of the order to its completion as the wrong size was delivered. The linen I bought was also covered in dirty marks. I shall certainly not be using Feather and Black again.

Duvet Single Washable 10.5tg - Excellent except for delivery. I do not check my emails every day, so did not receive notification of impending delivery - I just assumed it would happen, like most other companies do. The item was not left (again, other delivery companies leave stuff in our shed or on the door step), and no card was left either, so I didn't know you'd tried until I checked my email some days later. Very frustrating. Re-delivery was fine, though, although I wasn't confident he would've left the parcel if I hadn't been there.
