Duvet King All Seasons - Good face to face service and advice at store and delivery was exactly as advised. There was an issue of a slight cut in the mattress - pointed out by the delivery people - but this was solved very efficiently.

I completely understand your frustration at having to wait so long for your duvet. It is most unusual for us to not have the stock available to be able to fulfil orders for bedding and bedlinen very quickly. Unfortunately, on this occasion we were let down by the supplier who didn't make us aware of the delay until after your order had been placed. As soon as we became aware of this delay, we did notify you and a duvet was sourced from one of our showrooms to be sent directly to you. Unfortunately, when you received it, it turned out to be the incorrect duvet.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused but am delighted to hear that you are so pleased with your duvet......you must be very glad of it at the moment!

Duvet Superking All Seasons - The duvets would have been better of they buttoned together as it is not very easy to put the cover on and kep them in place.Alone each duvet is fine but together they just do not work

Duvet Superking All Seasons - when I ordered, the company said I will be delivered within 2 days, but I had to wait 10 days instead! and when I received it, a few items were missing...so I had to go back to the clearance shop to collect them....
