William Biscuit Pillowcase Oxford - I was happy with but not overwhelmed by the service. When I first logged on to buy the bedding, the online system wouldn’t take my payment.

This meant I had to re-log on and try again the next day.

Not the end of the world but a bit annoying!

William Biscuit Duvet Cover King - Disapointed with the quality of the replacement duvet cover and pillow cases the have gone bobbly for the 2nd time and have only been on the bed 1week not washed them yet.

Sorry to hear about this bobbling you have experienced with our William Bedlinen. This does raise concerns that there is a problem developing with this particular range. We have not had any other complaints but can assure you that we will take this matter to our supplier immediately. In the meantime, our Customer Services team will be in touch to see how we can resolve this.
