Hugo Natural Velvet Throw - F&B Edinburgh (Morningside) has to be one of THE BEST customer service experiences we have had. The whole process from selecting, buying, regular updates on the progress of our order was flawless. Even the proactive nature of the team when there was a late glitch in the order, fixing it ahead of calling us is nothing short of exemplary and how all customer experiences in todays fast moving world should be.

The Edinburgh team could teach many others a thing or two about what great customer service is ! we certainly found it to be great ! Please do keep up the great service, we will be back for sure.

Hugo Natural Velvet Throw - Love the throw the only strange thing about it is that in the daylight it is a nice mocha brown which is why we bought it, but in the evenings it somehow changes colour to a dull grey! Think you need to look into why the material is like that as I thought initially I'd been sent the wrong colour until I saw it in the daylight the next day. It would be nice if the product could be the same colour no matter the light conditions!
