Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends won't be processed until Monday. Please note that we use a courier who delivers between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Water Hyacinth laundry bin - The product (a linen basket) was of an excellent standard/finish but it was just too tall for my wife to reach thebottom! This was a great shame and we regretted having to return it.

Water Hyacinth laundry bin - The lid on the laundry basket is a very poor fit and therfore doesn't look as nice/smart as the one in the shop. Rather disappointing. I should have reported it at the time but as it was christmas other things took precedence.

Water Hyacinth laundry bin - I had purchased a previous product from M &S whilst it was an excellent product it was just not large enough for a family laundry basket. F & B bin was exactly what I was looking for & I think it was excellent value. Thank you was my first purchase & I am very inpressed.
